Report by Bulgarian Acting Minister of Defense (Atanas Semerdziev) on Free Military and Military-Technical Aid to Afghanistan

Description: This report by Bulgarian Acting Minister of Defense Atanas Semerdziev is in response to a request from the Afghan Ministry of Defense for the provision of assistance in areas such as training for military and military medical personnel. Semerdziev advises that the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense accept Afghan patients for hospital and sanatorium treatment and deliver medicine, as well as other logistical and medical equipment.
