Council of Ministers Resolution No. 263 on Free Arms Delivery to Syria

Description: This is a resolution by the Bulgarian Council of Ministers on the provision of free military assistance to Syria. The resolution establishes the supply of military and medical goods as well as food; it states which ministries are responsible and who has to cover the costs.
