Description: This document outlines the conclusions of a meeting of the Warsaw Pact member states in Moscow with regard to NATO's project on The Mandate for Negotiations on Conventional Stability in Europe. It proposes a common position on the agenda topics, which should include issues regarding the territories of Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, and Turkey, as well as the presence of US units in the eastern Mediterranean.
