Record of the Meeting of the Executive Committee of the CC of the RCP Concerning the Situation in Czechoslovakia

Description: This record of a meeting of the Central Committee (CC) of the Romanian Communist Party (RCP) reflects the Romanian position regarding the occupation of Czechoslovakia by Warsaw Pact troops. The stand taken by Bucharest is to be sent in an unofficial letter to the five parties of the Warsaw Pact that intervened in Czechoslovakia. A statement by the Romanian Communist Party and government is also to be brought to the notice of the UN.
