Description:
This record of the meeting of the Romanian Communist Party prior to the 1978 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Moscow shows the position the Romanian delegation would adopt at the PCC. Romania's main concern is the reduction of military expenditures, which Bucharest believes to be a burden to the economic and social development, and an obstacle in building Socialism.
