Proposal by the Czechoslovak Delegation

Description: At the 1990 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Moscow on the United Armed Forces (UAF), the Czechoslovak delegation proposes that the position of a chief-of-staff of the UAF is no longer required, and suggests the creation of a coordination group instead.
