Description: These reports, from the November 1976 meeting of the deputy foreign ministers in Bucharest, outline the preparations and agenda for the forthcoming Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting. The agreed agenda topics are: (i) regional cooperation within Europe and (ii) the tasks of the Committee of Ministers of Foreign Affairs (CMFA). The report further notes disagreement between Romania and the other Warsaw Pact members about the draft of the communiqué.
