Description: These meeting minutes provide information on the proposals of NATO International Staff with respect to the procedure to be followed in attempting to implement the NATO Council Resolution on the Future Tasks of the Alliance. The document outlines the debate on the selection of members for, and the shape of, the study group and demonstrates attitudes regarding the continuation of NATO. It concludes with the NATO secretary general pointing out that the report should address the changed political situation on the alliance.
