Council of Ministers Resolution No. 19 on Provision of Free Aid to North Vietnam

Description: This is a resolution by the Bulgarian Council of Ministers on the provision of free aid to North Vietnam in 1970. The resolution approves a Bulgarian-North Vietnamese protocol on this issue, approves the provision of canned meat instead of vegetable-based preserves, and allocates the necessary funding.
