Description:
In his speech at the 1974 Political Consultative Committe, Todor Zhivkov calls for a strenghtening of ties between Warsaw Pact members as well as further coordination regarding efforts in the third world, specifically mentioning Vietnam and the Middle East. Zhivkov also speaks of the schism between China and Warsaw Pact countries, still expressing hope for consolidating international communism.
