Description: This is a draft declaration on "For the Elimination of the Nuclear Threat and a Turn for the Better in Europe and in the World", agreed at the 1985 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Sofia. It includes the proposition to draft a treaty on the mutual rejection of military force, to reduce military spending, and to ban chemical weapons in Europe.
