Description:
This report evaluates the May 1973 meeting of the deputy foreign ministers in Moscow and concludes that it was successful. The delegates coordinated their views on the remaining issues to be discussed in the final stage of the Helsinki preparatory talks, and discussed the draft document on economic and cultural cooperation.
