Improvement of Education Methods for Staff and Troops (Summary)

Description: This summary presents the main theses of a report on the further development of education methods for staffs and troops. Polish Chief Inspector of Education and Deputy Defense Minister Eugeniusz Molczyk introduced the report during the seventh session of the Warsaw Pact Committee of Defense Ministers (CDM) in Moscow in 1975. Molczyk addresses the selection and education of cadres, improving the capabilities of staff members, and the combat training of troops. Special attention is given to ways of overcoming of strong defenses without using weapons of mass destruction.
