Déclaration de la France, le 7 novembre

7 Nov 1967
Description: This French declaration discusses the role of NATO during détente. It states that if the alliance wishes to maintain the balance of power between East and West, it should act accordingly and avoid giving the impression that it continues to divide the world into two blocs. The French declaration concludes by stating the need for a priority list of issues to be discussed at the next meeting of ministers.
