Memorandum on Conversation between a Bulgarian (Neicho Neev) and a Czechoslovak Diplomat (Jozef Dzurenda) on the forthcoming Political Consultative Committee Meeting

Description: In this memorandum of a telephone conversation between Bulgarian diplomat Neicho Neev and Czechoslovak diplomat Jozef Dzurenda, the latter conveys Czechoslovakia's agreement to accept Hungary's proposal for holding a meeting of the Political Consultative Committee (PCC) in November and states that the meeting should deal exclusively with the question of transforming the Warsaw Pact into a political organization.
