Report to Prime Minister (Georgi Atansov) on Delivery of Free Military Aid to Cambodia

Description: This is a report by a member of the Bulgarian Communist Party's Politburo, Pencho Kubadinski, to Bulgarian Prime Minister Georgi Atansov on the provision of free aid to Cambodia. The report refers to a visit by a member of the politburo of the Cambodian People's Revolutionary Party, Chea Sim, to Bulgaria. Kubadinski advises that the Bulgarian Council of Ministers accept Chea Sim's requests for military aid.
