Report to the Hungarian Socialist Workers' Party Political Committee on the Meeting of the Deputy Foreign Ministers

Description: This report outlines the recommendation of the Committee of Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs that a meeting of the Political Consultative Committee (PCC) be held in January 1965 for the purpose of agreeing to a common position among Warsaw Pact (WP) member states on NATO's plans to establish a multilateral nuclear force. All but the Romanian participants agree on the proposed agenda and coordination of tasks for the PCC session. Romania expresses its opposition on a number of issues and tries to secure an invation to the PCC conference for Albania.
