This is a report on the results of negotiations between Bulgaria and the United Arab Republic (UAR/Egypt) on economic cooperation in the field of military supplies. The report by Bulgarian Minister of Defense Dobri Dzhurov reviews aim and course of the negotiations, which led to a long-term agreement linked with credits amounting to US$20 million for the purchase of Bulgarian military supplies by the UAR and a respective credit worth US$5 million for Bulgaria.
