Speech by the First Secretary of the Hungarian Socialist Workers' Party (János Kádár)

Description: In this speech, the first secretary of the Hungarian Socialist Workers' Party, János Kádár, discusses the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and stresses its importance for the security of the Socialist countries. According to Kádár, Hungary welcomes the draft of the treaty introduced at the Eighteen Nations Conference in Geneva. Kádár argues that as many countries as possible should sign the treaty.
