Agreement Between Bulgaria and the DR of Vietnam on Free Aid to North Vietnam for 1965-1966

Description: This is an agreement between North Vietnam and Bulgaria on the delivery of free aid to Vietnam. The agreement stresses the friendly relations between both countries and supports Vietnam's struggle against the US. Bulgaria commits itself to supplying goods worth 2.3 million Rubles, mainly in the form of electric and technical equipment. The agreement also offers details on the prices, transport, and accounting related to these deliveries.
