Interview with Gen. Wojciech Barański

Description: This is a transcript of an interview with Polish General Wojciech Barański, the former chief of the armed forces' operations department. He comments on the operational planning of the Warsaw Pact, the use of nuclear weapons, and the tasks of the Polish Front, and states that he never came across an operational plan. He also describes the Warsaw Pact's military exercises and the Polish role in Soviet military plans during the 1970s and 1980s.
