Council of Ministers Resolution No. 585 on Negotiations with Iraq over Long-Term Arms Delivery Agreement

Description: This is a resolution by the Bulgarian Council of Ministers in preparation for negotiations on weapons exports with Iraq. Bulgaria wants to achieve a long-term agreement on exports of weapons and armaments to Iraq for the period 1969-1970. The resolution specifies who will represent Bulgaria, who the other delegates are, and who is to cover the related expenses.
