Description: This report from Bulgarian Defense Minister Dobri Dzhurov relates to a visit by the deputy secretary general of the interim Military Administrative Council of Ethiopia, Fisheta Desta, to Bulgaria. After informing Dzurov about the situation in his country, Desta has requested military assistance. Dzurov suggests that the Bulgarian Council of Ministers accept Desta's request.
