Information on Preparation of CMFA Meeting

Description: This is a report by the Czechoslovak Foreign Ministry on the preparation of the 1983 meeting of the Warsaw Pact's Committee of Ministers of Foreign Affairs (CMFA) in Prague. It supports the declaration issued by the Warsaw Pact's Political Consultative Committee (PCC) at its Prague meeting and describes the issues to be discussed at the upcoming meeting of Warsaw Pact foreign ministers, particularly concerning measures to bring about a treaty on the mutual renunciation of military force between the Warsaw Pact and NATO. The second part outlines the communiqué to be issued at the CMFA meeting.
