This is a statement on propaganda and counter-propaganda presented by East German Minister of Defense Heinz Hoffmann during the fifth session of the Warsaw Pact Committee of Defense Ministers (CDM) in Warsaw in 1973. Examples are cited, such as the radio broadcasts of Deutsche Welle, Deutschlandfunk, Sender Freies Berlin, RIAS, and Radio Free Europe.
