Description:
This is a proposal from Bulgarian Minister of Trade Rayko Damyanov on the export of German weapons and ammunition. Damyanov proposes the export of such military items either through Western companies or directly to Tunisia, Morocco, Libya, Yemen, and Egypt. However, the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry must coordinate direct exports to these countries with the Soviet Union. The proposal also considers the involvement of Poland and Czechoslovakia.
