Information Report on the First Meeting of the Committee of Ministers of Foreign Affairs in Moscow

Description: This information reports summarizes the main discussions and decisions ath the first meeting of the new Committee of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Bloc countries, recently held in Moscow. The main topic of the meeting was the preparation of a common position for the upcoming follow-up conference of the CSCE in Belgrade. According to the Polish Foreign Minister Emil Wojtaszek, the Soviet hosts refused to discuss topics forwarded by the other participants, preferring instead to deal with them on a bilateral level.
