Description:
This is a report on the 1984 meeting of the Warsaw Pact's Committee of Ministers of Foreign Affairs (CMFA) in Berlin. It states that obstruction by the Romanian delegation is complicating the draft of a final communiqué and of a protocol of the meeting.
