Description: After outlining Romania's proposal for the reduction of Warsaw Pact armed forces in a report to the Politburo of the Bulgarian Communist Party, Minister of Foreign Affairs Petar Mladenov states that it is not in Bulgaria's interests to comply with the proposed reductions in armaments, military personnel, and expenses.
