Description: In this letter, Romanian leader Nicolae Ceauşescu addresses his Polish counterpart Władysław Gomułka with the request to support the Romanian proposal to convene a meeting of the Political Consultative Committe (PCC) in February 1968 in order to discuss and adopt a unified position on the project of a nuclear non-proliferation treaty to be presented at the UN's 18-Nation Disarmament Committee.
