Description:
During talks in Beijing, the Romanian delegation led by Ion Gheorghe Maurer informs the Chinese on discussions previously held with Nikita Khrushchev and Alexsei Kosygin in Moscow. They report Soviet complaints about the uncompromising Chinese attitude with respect to the dispute over the exact location of parts of the border between China and the USSR.
