Memorandum of the Conference of Defense Ministers

27 May 1966
Description: This memorandum records a 1966 meeting of the Warsaw Pact (WP) defense ministers on the reform of WP military institutions. It states that the Bulgarian, East German, Hungarian and Czechoslovak delegations approved the draft documents, while the Romanian delegation raised a number of reservations, e.g., questioning the statute draft of the Political Consultative Committee and disagreeing with the statute of the planned Military Consultative Council.
