Description: This report informs Bulgarian Prime Minister Todor Zhivkov about talks between Bulgarian and Yemenite representatives on deliveries of military hardware. The have representatives signed an agreement on the delivery of unused Bulgarian weapons and ammunition worth US$185,000 to Yemen. The report suggests that this agreement be approved.
