Description:
This Czechoslovak document on the 1970 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Moscow summarizes the speeches of the Warsaw Pact leaders. All of them acknowledge the signing of the Treaty of Moscow. Nevertheless, they point to unresolved problems, namely the situation of West Berlin, the recognition of the western border of Poland, and the integration of both German states in the international system.
