Czechoslovak Report on a Meeting at the Soviet General Staff

Description: This is a Czechoslovak report on a 1990 meeting at the Soviet General Staff regarding troop withdrawal from Central Europe. The plan is to keep the Soviet troop level in Central Europe at 275,000. The Soviet General Staff announces that these troops are to remain in East Germany and Poland, since Poland does not demand a Soviet troop withdrawal.
