Description: This is a report by Bulgarian Minister of Foreign Trade Lachezar Avramov on the approval of a protocol on free aid to North Vietnam in 1970. The protocol provides for the provision, free of charge, of military, technical, and food aid worth 5.8 million Rubles. Enclosed is a draft resolution on this issue.
