Letter from Dobri Dzhurov (Bulgarian Defense Minister) to the Committee of Defense Ministers

1989
Description: This letter from Bulgarian Defense Minister Dobri Dzhurov addresses the changes in the defense policy of the Warsaw Pact (WP). Dzhurov stresses that in an environment determined by disarmament and reduced defense spending, it is necessary to maintain a sufficient level of defense readiness, research and development, and military-industrial capacity.
