This is a Czechoslovak report on the outcomes of the Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Sofia in 1985. It records the speeches of the respective Warsaw Pact Party Secretaries. The Soviet First Secretary Mikhail Gorbachev emphasizes the need for institutionalizing the meetings of party secretaries, and outlines the economic problems and possibilities for economic cooperation and integration of the Soviet bloc.
