Description: These are the minutes of the tenth session of the Warsaw Pact Committee of Defense Ministers (CDM) in Budapest in 1977. The document lists the participants, questions discussed, and decisions taken. Among the topics are the state of the integrated air defense system, the work and structure of the command bodies, and the fulfillment of the CDM decisions on civil defense and standardization. The CDM criticizes the state of the air defense system and the levels of integration and standardization, which continue to be disappointing. Annexed is an illustration of the command structure of the United Armed Forces.
