Memorandum by North Vietnam Concerning Declaration to be Adopted by the PCC

Description: In this memorandum, the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (North Vietnam) outlines issues to be integrated in the 1966 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) declaration on the Vietnam war. Among other points, North Vietnam claims that the US should be accused of imposing a military dictatorship in Vietnam and committing crimes against humanity against the Vietnamese people and against other countries, such as Laos or Cambodia. Additionally, the Democratic Republic of Vietnam requests moral, economic, political, and military support from the Warsaw Pact.
