This is a Bulgarian government report on the expansion of production capacities for military supplies and on the export of military supplies to developing countries. The report reviews the increase in the arms trade with developing countries and identifies a number of problems in expanding production and trade. In order to produce more cartridges as well as artillery and anti-tank shells, new machines have to be imported and high-quality raw materials are required. The report suggests these steps be adopted. A draft resolution to this effect is included in the annex. Collection: East-East Arms Trade
