Letter from Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to Central Committee of the Socialist Unity Party of Germany

Description: In this letter to the Central Committee of the Socialist Unity Party of Germany, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China criticizes the decision of the member states of the Warsaw Pact not to allow China and other Asian countries to send ordinary political observers to the meetings of the Political Consultative Committee (PCC), and refuses to send high-ranking Chinese politicians to the PCC meetings.
