Resolution on the Report by the Warsaw Pact Supreme Commander (Marshal Viktor G. Kulikov)

5 Jan 1983
Description: This resolution adopted at the 1983 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Prague agrees with the modernization of the United Armed Forces. The participants approve the activity of the Unified Command and urge that the development plan for 1981-1985 be fulfilled. The development plan for 1986-1990 includes an increase in new integrated weapons systems and the creation of special units within each allied army, equipped with state-of-the-art weapons technology.
