Council of Ministers Resolution No. 239 on Free Arms Delivery to Ethiopia

Description: This resolution by the Bulgarian Council of Ministers establishes the provision of free military aid to Ethiopia. The resolution provides information on the supply of equipment, on details of payment, and on the logistics of delivery to Ethiopia. The resolution also addresses a loan of US$15 million granted to Ethiopia, as well as the conditions under which it is to be repaid.
