Description: This is a transcript of a speech given by the first secretary of the Hungarian Socialist Workers' Party, János Kádár, at the 1965 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Warsaw. He pleads for a unified position against the set up of a NATO multilateral nuclear force.
