Speech by the General Secretary of the KSČ (Gustáv Husák)

Description: This is a transcript of a speech given by the general secretary of the Czechoslovak Communist Party, Gustáv Husák, at the 1970 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Berlin. He acknowledges the positive results of the Treaty of Moscow and the initialled Treaty of Warsaw for peace and security in Europe. Nevertheless, bilateral relations between ČSSR and West Germany can be improved by declaring the Munich Agreement of 1938 to be invalid.
