Description:
This document comprises four summaries of reports. The first report, by J. H. Adam Watson from the UK delegation to NATO, addresses East-West relations in the process of détente as well as the German Question. The second report, by Belgian State Minister Paul Henri Spaak, analyzes NATO's future in terms of its ideological foundations. The other two summarized reports refer to the future security policy of the alliance and to developments outside the NATO area.
