Directive for the Trip to India by the Head of the Planning Commission of the GDR

Description: This document is a directive for the head of the GDR's planing commission in advance of his trip to India. The main objective of this visit is the intensification of trade relations with India. The directive details a number of economic fields where strengthened cooperation between the two countries might be fruitful.
