Council of Ministers Resolution No. 213 on Free Arms Aid to Laos

22 May 1966
Description: This is a resolution on the provision of free military and material assistance from Bulgaria to Laos. Bulgaria's Council of Ministers agrees to provide assistance worth about 2.1 million Leva, 1.9 million Leva of which is earmarked for military equipment. The reminder is to be spent on consumer goods and medical supplies. The resolution specifies responsibilities for the transport of the goods to Laos and clarifies that the Ministry of Foreign Trade will foot the bill.
