Description:
This is a resolution on the provision of free military and material assistance from Bulgaria to Laos. Bulgaria's Council of Ministers agrees to provide assistance worth about 2.1 million Leva, 1.9 million Leva of which is earmarked for military equipment. The reminder is to be spent on consumer goods and medical supplies.
