Description:
This is a highly abbreviated communiqué on the extraordinary meeting of the Warsaw Pact (WP) Committee of Ministers of Defense in East Berlin in 1983. Included is a list of participants. The document concludes by stating that the decisions taken are in accordance with the course adopted by the WP member countries in the Prague Political Declaration of 5 January 1983, and with the Moscow Declaration of the WP party leaders of 28 June 1983.
